If its micronized you can use it sublingually.
They are put under the tongue and dissolve there, and are absorbed through the mouth.
This way the liver is passed by with intake. Its called first pass effect.
Its more effective since the liver does not build down a part of it with intake.
Additionally its supposed to lessen clotting factors and be less straining on the liver.
Since levels raise fast this way, it might be of advantage to split the daily dose in a few small doses, spread through the day, instead of two big ones. This way levels are kept more steady. Peaks and lows might make for a menopausal like effect and affect mood.
Just talk it through with your doc.
