I personally wasn't interested in services of dr. Brassard (or dr. Chettawut), therefore I'm not familiar with technical details. Like Jenna Marie already said, it's best to contact their office directly, and ask for first hand information on any details. Most of this clinics have quite a lot work with current clients, so you will have to be little patient for replies.

At least to my knowledge, dr. Suporn is the only one of internationally known surgeons who keeps and incorporates all tissue (apart from testicles).

I wonder why you weren't interested in either of my top two choices..?

Well, I'm just waiting for Chettawut's office reply (it's new year's after all) and I'm pretty certain I'm going to go with him in September!  Thank you for the information :)

Personal aesthetic preference for more prominent labia minora (I dislike "innie" look that most penile-inversion techniques create). I want a LOT of depth (6 inch would be minimum.. more is better). I want self-lubricating vaginal wall- meshed scrotal graft has FAR better chance to over time turn into mucosal tissue (only Suporn uses meshed scrotal graft). I want to keep all or as much as possible erectile tissue, because I want to have full sexual sensation, as close to natural female sensation is, with all erectile tissue included. And few other reasons... But most importantly, I will only do this once, and I need a surgeon I can trust.

I'm concerned about keeping erectile tissue, too.  Arghh..

I'm just not interested in the long wait list though

If its only the wait list for Suporn that the problem, then its not as bad as it appears. If you look at the online schedule every day you'll see gaps from cancellations keep opening up and and you can move dates. If you have some flexibility you can likely get in way earlier.

For me personally, keeping erectile tissue is one of the reasons why I am going to him.

Every month at least one really early date becomes available (from 1 to 5 months away) and at least a few dates that are 6-12 months away. I "hunted" for my date for about 1-2 months, and catched a date 2 months later. So it was like around 4 month wait for me. But you have to be smart, because many people want one of those very early dates, and it's first come first served basis.

Maybe not everyone needs to go to medical school.

It won't hurt to study comparative anatomy, learn your prospective surgeon's philosophy, and determine how well you find a match.

You'll need to determine if going to a surgeon who may be good but differs on surgical placement is for you.  IMO, 'PI' might work for some, but it is not anatomically correct.
