He said that I will need to put on about 14 lbs in weight before surgery ( 1 stone in UK money or 6.35 kilos Metric ) as I am fairly slim and he will need all the fat he can to place in my derriere ...
So bang will go my diet with lots of chocolate bars !! A trip to the USA will guarantee that kind of weight gain ... LOL ...
as the food there is so yummee with their big portions.
I said that I will have to look like "The Michelin Tyre woman ", so he said 'Yes' and laughed.
So all in all it was a great meeting and both of us left very happy and well informed.
Oh yes, here is the quotation.
I said to them that if I get my GP ( local doctor ) to write a letter stating that the procedure is relevant to the transition process rather than cosmetic, so then under current Spanish tax law, the procedure should be IVA tax free as FFS is in Spain.

The latest Spanish law obliges us to add 21% VAT to all procedures that are classified as aesthetic surgery. Exempt from this are patients where a medial indication is certified by a third, medically qualified party which recommends the operation for your wellbeing for medical reasons. This can be for example your GP. We are very happy to advise about the details of obtaining a medical indication.
To ensure reliable planning, we request a deposit of 500,-€ to ensure any booking.
