My significant other is going to tell their parents they are transgender
Sadly we do not expect it to go well. I was thinking about leaving them a book to help them go through this if they ever decide to gain a bit more knowledge on subject.

So I'm looking for a book for transgender parent of an adult.

I don't know if you want a more technical book or a more diary kind of text, but I have read Some Assembly Required and have found it very good at explaining many components of transgender (author is ftm). I would recommend you read it first to give it the ok. Hope this helps!
