I'm Hayden and I'm a 17 year old pre-T trans man.

I've known since I was 3 that something was up but denied by trans status until a month before I was 15 years old. I also finally accepted this year that I'm a gay as well.

I'm still closeted because my parents are intensely transphobic. I'm more than ready to come out to everyone but them, so it's an issue.

I'm here because I'm tired of not knowing any other trans people. I have great, supportive cis friends, but it's not quite the same thing as being with people who are living through the same experience as you.

Some people come out in a letter or text... and show some materials later...

And some people make a comparison with a twin... they will be like their male/female twin, with still the same sense of humour...

I'd say take part... look around... and ask questions if you have any

Hey hey SgtSalt   Hope you have a good time here.  I'm almost 2x your age, but just started transitioning myself and came here because I knew 0 trans people in my life and it's nice to be able to talk things through.  I hope everything works out with your parents, it's always good to have support from your family, but you also gotta do what's best for yourself.   Hope you stick around, and enjoy the holidays
