The public in mass never lies is right.  If you don't have issues in restrooms, no stares, no odd looks, and you are gendered correctly then you don't need FFS to pass.  You may want it for other reasons, but that's a different question.

I couldn't agree more. I always say the moment you can pass in public while dressed in boy's mode (and you get addressed as a female- not sirred) then you don't need ffs. If you get clocked and it bothers you then you may need to consider having FFS.
