Hi everyone, newbie with some newness rubbed off!

Hello, Roxanne here, I am 46 and soon to start my transition via HRT in mid February.  I have posted a couple of times already but I have only just now discovered this area in which to introduce myself. So here goes....HI EVERYONE, I LOVE ALL MY SISTERS AND BROTHERS!

So far I am finding a real sisterhood (as I similarly imagine a real brotherhood) exists which is helping me immensely with the "lateish" commencement of my journey. I have started my journey at this age because, while I have always known about my hopes and needs to be a woman, I have now become unable to hold back. So let's be happy, let's be free and damn our haters I have been saying since recently finding the relatively new medical and cultural possibilities available to us trans gendered people. Hurrah!

I am fortunately single so I don't have a family to consider while undergoing my transition, only financial requirements which to a degree (some needed/wanted surgeries) I have already saved for and which I am keeping in term deposits specifically for these.
