Hi Amber,
I took on board your advice and am waiting for a bit more growth.
Had a bit more of a go down below and am enjoying the look and feel.
Did a bit more to my head and it's slow going but I will slowly persevere.
Wish I could grow hair but never mind. I was always told attack is the best means of defense so I am attacking hard.
Happy epilating😃😳
Treat life's difficult times as if they are normal moments, this makes the normal and special ones even more fantastic.

I have been epilating my entire body  for over 5 years, but I only tried my face once. Why only once? Because it overstressed the epilator motor and I ended up having to buy a new one because it was never as good after that.

Oh yes, and it hurt like the blue blazes and the bruising took so long to go down that my facial hair was already coming back before it went down!
"I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time." Jack London

Reading through this thread is making me ashamed at my lack of tolerance for pain, and empathic with those also expressing "ow".

Ow

Maybe I should man-up...

Oh...yeah...right... :P

Several dozen moons ago, I bought a braun epil-something (it was blue...)

Used it to completely clear my chest, belly, arms, and legs.  I think the first time, I enthusiastically ep'd my entire chest at once, after first trimming it down, using attachments that came with it.  After that first triumph, however, I could only tolerate a couple of minutes per day.  It was, for me, a fairly excrutiating process to perform on myself.
So clearing everything would take a couple weeks.  I re-did this process 3 times, before giving it up as a pastime.

T'was smoooth though :)

I tried the face.  Once,  for a couple minutes on the chin maybe.  Never went there again.

Continued to use "epi-blue" as a trimmer for body hair when I was in guy mode, and content enough just to have less hair.

I nowadays prefer being smooth as much as possible, and am going through razors faster than lipstick :-*

The first time you pull out a hair with tweezers, it feels like you pulled out your brain with it. After you tweeze for awhile, you don't even notice it. Using an epilator to get it done really fast is just the next step.

I have also discovered that pfb vanish is amazing for reducing the number of ingrown hairs and exfoliating.
