It's all quite random unfortunately. There's anecdotal evidence for a link between cup size relative to other female relatives, and better growth when starting HRT at a younger age, but no real science to it. Breast growth is likely a polygenic trait, and with these sorts of traits, it's hard to predict the final outcome due to the number of genes that contribute to breast growth, not to mention the effect that the epigenome may also have.

It's important to remember that complete growth takes years and years, as is true for cis women as well; they also deal with the randomness of growth after all.

My experience has been this: I started at 22, I'm 23 now, and after 11 months of HRT, 10 at the full dosage as well, I'm now a large B cup and constantly sore which means they're growing.

I had growth really early on to get to a small B cup within 4 months or so, then it stopped until about 2 months ago when it started up again. I've lost about 30lbs (from 205 to 175) since starting HRT which was gradual until 3 or 4 months ago, and I've since maintained that weight. Hopefully that gives you a fair comparison! :D

when you say sore do u mean ur nipples or the breasts themselves? Cause after my second week of hormones my nipples started hurting n they havnt stopped n I'm at 6 weeks now so I hope that means they r continuously growing.

Most of my boobs in their entirety honestly, but especially the nipples of course. It's been mostly constant for me over time, but gets worse during growth spurts.

breast growth is a bit of a lottery and genetics play a big role... the unwritten rule is one cup size smaller than the women in your family, but this is not a hard and fast rule as for me, I technically have bigger breasts than my mother, as she wears a 34D and I wear a 36D, but then my mother and I have the smallest breasts in the family, most of the women are DD and DDD, so maybe some of those genetics played a role for me.

When I started HRT, my body reacted quickly to the hormones (like a good fertilizer) and I had quick breast growth, I was a B cup in no time (around 3 months) and I had a flat chest to start with (no man boobs), but then I was 21 when I started. After that things slowed down. I remember when my breast buds came out, my nipples were super sensitive and I had breast buds within 3 weeks. Once I was a b cup the pain cleared up and I only pain in my breasts a few days at a time after that.

I am happy with my breast size, maybe when I am older and my breasts start to sag, then I will get a boob job, just to firm things up and maybe go up a cup size.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was
