Orgasm after hysterectomy and Oopherectomy?

Hi all,
I am about to venture into the long and complicated insurance process of trying to get a complete hysto and oopherectomy.. I would like everything out. I don't have vaginal sex and only orgasm through clitoris. I just really want to know from other transmen who have had this surgery, because I can't find ANYTHING on the internet about clitoral orgasms after ciswomen have hystos. If I get all this junk removed, then is it possible to still have a clitoral orgasm or will I never be able to do that again? Has anyone been able to after surgery or not at all?

You will still be sensate and able to have clitoral orgasm.

You shouldn't have a problem. I had everything out including the cervix. There are a couple of things you should be aware of, because they may come as a surprise. Unless you have had the vagina closed, there will still be glands that will secrete a thin mucus when you get excited. Also, there are erotic nerve sensations that may be present within the vagina that may or may not cause the urge to stimulate them. That doesn't mean you prefer to have intercourse with men. Its just a function of nerves and glands. I wasn't ready for that and it caused some anxiety at first. You can orgasm with just clitoral stimulation though.

Yes, you can still have clit orgasms. What surprised me was that I had internal orgasms and didn't realize it until all those parts that used to clench and spasm were gone. I guess all that stuff just kinda intertwined together before that. It took a while and some head work to get over the intensity of the old orgasms and focus on the reactions of what was left and other parts that had gone unnoticed.  Now everything is as satisfyingly as it once was, just different.

I had all the parts removed Oct 2016 and everything has healed great!  The Dr. was able to remove everything vaginally and there was no need for an outer scar.  Sex is awesome and orgasms are different but still very intense.  I'm glad that I have taken this step.
