BA early transition

Hello , I have my FFS consultation next week and I am wondering if I should do breast augmentation at same Time . I am worried they would look unnatural if I do it  . All I know is even if I am lucky and growth C cup they Will have to be rebuilt anyway due to larger breast look . So I wondering if I should or not ? I am A Cup now and l want D . Will further breast developpment after implant create problems ?? Will my areola and nipple continue to take size after BA ? I have 2 inch and would like A little more

How long on HRT?  If you did it at the same time, is there a package deal? 

I did under muscle BA and that might work if you have been on HRT long enough that your muscles have already feminized.  Suggest that they not insert around areola but go in under arm.  Not a fan of BA above muscle if the breasts still are growing glandular tissue.

I am only 3 month in. I dont know if mammary glands are done growing . They are 2 inch diameter last Time I checked . They still are sensible and I am still growing breast tissues . It is not about A package deal It is more like saving anasthesia and hosting fees and to not have to take another month off at work later this year

Noone can guarantee you that you will ever develop more than A-cup. But its also possible that you could develop D-cup naturally. In first case it wouldn't make any difference if you have implants now of after 2 years, even if you have slight development after implants, it might look even better. But in a case of larger development it could result in very weird shape, and would maybe require to remove the implants completely, or change them for more appropriate shape and size.

Generally surgeons advise cis-female patients to wait until there hasn't been any development for at least 2 years. For trans patients, it's advised to wait at least 2 years on transitioning dose HRT before you even have slightest idea whether you will need implants or not. It's actually better to wait 5 years, because many people report growth spurts after 3rd or 4th year or so. It's also recommended to start bioidentical progesterone after 2 years of HRT, and give it another 2 years to see what difference does it make.

It's guessing game, unless if you can predict the future.

JLT1 mentioned really great point! Under muscle implants might not work for you because you haven't been on HRT for long, and more importantly because you were into bodybuilding and lifting weights. In such cases it can take years before your pectoralis muscle will feminize properly. Therefore probably only above-muscle implants can be used. And those usually don't look good (read: natural) unless if you already had generous natural development.

Okay I Will talk to surgeon about It and fears .he is best person to tell . About muscle i havent lift anything since last may and went from 42 chest to 34.5 pre-hrt then A little more then 36 now

Hey girl. I had BA at the same time I had FFS. I did mine 6 months after starting HRT. I discussed this with my doctors and did so knowing I may have to do a revision at some point in the future. I was an a cup at the time I had my surgery and the 500 cc implants made me a c cup. I am still growing and so far I am absolutely loving them. I could not have had a larger size because there was not enough natural tissue to allow me to get a larger size. It is a bit of a gamble getting BA early in transition. If you go into it knowing that you may need to have a revision I see no reason to not do it if it helps you. I know that my BA has made me feel more complete and has allowed me to wear clothing that I otherwise would not be able to wear.

Given how much you lost before starting HRT, an under muscle would probably be OK.  Check with Dr for thoughts.

Still not a fan of the implants above muscle because of tissue growth.  I'm  close to four years with estrogen levels in the female range and I'm still getting glandular growth.  Still having that pain.  I'm also looking at replacing my implants with smaller ones.  I spent almost a full day trying on bras last week before I ended up ordering online because I couldn't get a cup size large enough.

I am always scared of having a BA, the possibility of leakage (I know it's less these days), the pain and just one extra surgery and the scar. Thankfully I don't seem to need it. I would wait if you could.

I'm not sure I'm misunderstanding something here, but it takes many years for them to finish growing. I don't think you're supposed to have a BA so early on.

I am just asking because when i told my friend who transitionned that i was going for FFS she automaticly talked about BA .  I said to her that i was worried about them having weird shape with further growth but she said that breast are not growing more then small B maximum and i shouldnt expect more.

Afaik  carmen carrera,  gigi gorgeous, jae cobain   and a few more  inspiring transwoman got BA early on.

It is more like i am getting major surgery and i will have to recover from it.. i would like to save the pain of having to recover from another surgery later on and having to ask for another month off at job. ( they wont like me if i ask 1 month for ffs, 2 month for SRS next january   then another month for BA a little after SRS)..

i am more worried about the areola size after, does it keep growing after ba ?

I was flat as a board before and I'm also small 5'-3" and 130 lbs I have natural breast and they are a large 36C and I don't want anymore as my back can hurt with them. I would wait a couple of year as you never know. Just My opinion. Hormone work different for everyone.

I can only speak for myself on this but mine have continued to grow.  In fact they grew in between my consult and surgery date.  At my consult, my doctor indicated that my areolas were not large enough for him to do BA through incisions there.  When I arrived for my surgery he began making marks on my body for my surgical procedures.   I was very surprised when he began marking under my areolas for my BA.  When I mentioned that he had previously indicated that they were too small for that procedure, he indicated that they had expanded and were now big enough for him to place the implants through there.  Needless to say I was very happy about this turn of events.  I had my implants placed under the muscle.  It is very difficult to see the incisions and I am very happy with how they now look.

FFS already? Ur not afraid of ur face changing afterwards n it making u look deformed? Cause things won't actually start happening to ur face till bout 6-12 months.... N by changes I mean major changes. Idk in my opinion I think u should wait so wen it does change u can be able to make sure everything is proportional.

HRT cannot change bones so as long as FFS is confined to bones only and not soft tissue it should be fine.

HRT isnt changing bone structure Angélique even with deepest wish.  My major stream of dysphoria is comming from my forehead and my nose wich will not change at all even after 10 year on HRT.   I am not doing any fat transfer work. Some transwoman are lucky and start HRT with a flat forehead and cute nose and can wait for HRT to make wonder.. i have some other feminine traits but this is killing my appearance.

HRT is making changes to following on face: slightly opening of eyes, skin quality ( softer),  Cheeks size (fat),  fat redistribution on jaw wich make it appear more feminine,  fuller lip if lucky( happened to me)  and thats pretty much it.

Forehead type 3, rhinoplasty, brow bossing, bone removal between eyes  ( see how low is my  nose is starting at), upper lip lift + injection 

this is all i need for going from looking good to beautiful .  HRT will do its work for fat redistribution
