Once I get top surgery I know this will be me lol. I mean I own both underwear and a crown so why not?

Hysto: 10/1/15
Stage 1 Meta: 3/2/16 (including UL, Vaginectomy, Scrotoplasty), (Crane, CA)
Stage 2 Meta: 11/11/16 Testicular implants, phallus and scrotum repositioning, v-nectomy revision.  Additional: Lipo on sides of chest. (Crane, TX)
Fistula Repair 12/21/17 (UPenn Hospital,unsuccessful)
Fistula Repair 6/7/18 (Nikolavsky, successful)
Revision: 1/11/19 Replacement of eroded testicle,  mons resection, cosmetic work on scrotum (Crane, TX)

Yeeesssh. I can assure you, this is the best feeling ever. I must admit, I do not have a crown, but I do walk around in just my underwear when it is hot.

haha glad to know I'm not the only one! though I do suggest you guys get a crown it makes everything so much better

At my house it's too hot to wear anything. I'm post top surgery and I can barely keep any clothes on. I have no bottom dysphoria so I'm good. I also love by myself so being nude is awesome. LoL

Haha yeah I pretty much live in just my boxer briefs but I'll be getting a male roommate soon so I can't do that since I'm pre everything

I'm about 100 percent sure this will be me one day. Tbh I haven't had too surgery yet but I still walk around without a top on sometimes.

Oh dude yeah whenever I'm home alone or going to bed I'm shirtless so getting surgery will definitely increase this lol
