Haiiiii - *waves*

So I was morbidly obese when I was younger - 350 lbs at 13! Got gynecomastia surgery after getting down to 160 lbs at 14 . It was ultrasonic liposuction of fat and they removed all breast tissue.

I was on HRT for about 2 years 21-23 , but was taking estradiol wrong , sublingually , and it didn't do much . Stopped after getting discouraged. I am 25 now taking oral estradiol and after 4 months already seeing good results - facial changes , curves ... But minimal breast growth - nipple yes .

Is my only option implants ? This sucks , I get super sad and no one really gets it .

Yeah, unfortunately, all people - male and female - are born with one set of the basic "building blocks" for breast growth. If that tissue is removed, it's very unlikely that breasts can develop a second time. :(

Yeah I can tell - my right breast had a bit of tissues there and thats growing in a unbalanced way - a horizontal strip. Ughhhhh :(

The skin is super tight too - I used to be able to see my heart beat when I was anorexic.

Any one want to donate some unneeded breast forms ?

Nhik, you probably had most if not all your breast tissue removal, check with a good breast surgeon to see what he/she said.  Implants are probably your way of getting breasts now.

Welcome to Susan's place. Unfortunately I agree with the above post that the critical tissue has been removed. This leaves you three options. BA, Breast forms or become comfortable with being flat chested. While I have some breast development, I didn't have much for my size. There are to many issues with BA for me to be comfortable and I would rather not bother with forms. There are flat chested women out there so it boils down to decide what you can be comfortable with and do it.
