I wonder if this is unusual, but my sex drive has not really gone down significantly since being on estrogen and anti-t blocker. I still like masturbating everyday, but of course, i usually dont. The sex drive is still there and although i never used my part for penetrating anyone, i still masturbate on a  regular basis and sometimes, there's still liquid like  material coming out. Is this unusual?

My T is below 20 ng/dl and I am on high E IM. I also take fin and prometrium.  My sex drive is very low and when I masturbate, which is infrequent,  it is dry.

Quite a few people use tools like the lelo smart wand or a magic wand.
They allow for fantasies meanwhile.

The liquid is normal, it should be a clear liquid after some time on hrt, with very few sperm.

You should check levels of progesterone because enough of it improves libido in some and helps with dryness. Perhaps you aren't taking enough or you are metabolizing too efficiently! Discuss this with your doctor. Some also report improvement when reducing E, liberating T.

I have neither these problems and as soon as I switched to IM E with oral P, it wasn't dry down there anymore. :)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

Everybody's sex drive varies mostly depending on your age. I starts in the teens, peaks in the 20's, stays level for a few decades, and slowly decreases in the 60's. I am 66 years old and I have no sex drive. Sex is a fond memory and I really do not miss it that much.

You did not mention your age, but whatever your age is, HRT for a MTF will decrease your sex drive even more.

Its in the mix.
If you keep testosterone well in the female levels, above a menopausal level, and add progesterone its well possible drive goes up.

Sometimes .... at least physically.  But emotion is a component to sex drive as well (particularly for women).

Start HRT, ideally, your emotional state improves, you feel happier, more energized. There might be less of a physical compulsion in your sex drive ... but overall, your improved emotional state can counter the decreased "need" from the previously present testosterone.

In other words ... it's a little bit different for everyone.
