I have a meeting with HR this week about time off for surgery. I assume they know the laws but I want to be informed and make sure I'm getting a fair deal.
Long story short, I want to be able to take 6 weeks off for SRS and not lose income. I have disability and supplemental available.
But I'm curious under the law just what kind of allowance they have to make?
They've shown willingness to work with me but I want to see what are my options in case they don't.
