Does anyone understand hormone numbers?

I got my bloodwork done for the first time since starting estrogen and have my copy, but have no idea what any of this means?  I see my doc in the next week for my next refill, but am kinda curious to know before I go see him.

I'm low dose HRT, and the bloodwork came back with:
Estradiol 516 pmol/L
Testosterone 0.3 nmol/L

Anyone understand bloodwork enough to explain if this is good or not?

That's good.  Everything is doing just fine. 

I'm not a medical doctor.  I'm a scientist! Some docs my think E is a little high but it will come down as your liver enzymes adjust.

Estradiol in women can range from 70-2400 pmol/L during the menstrual cycle and up to 275,000 during pregnancy. Levels may be lower or higher depending on when measured so this number doesn't mean much. Just a random point in time. My levels have ranged from 3,600-14,000.

Testosterone levels range from 0.5-3 in women so you are below range.

What matters is how you feel, feminization, etc MORE than numbers, in my opinion.
