Going bigger and other questions

I am sorry if this message seems poorly written in any way. I am writing this on my cell phone.

Reading plenty horror stories I guess I have been lucky. My surgery been 9 days ago now. No complications and out of the 4 dilitation eh, dildos? I use the third biggest one. The nurses advised me to use this and wait going bigger till I meet the doctor for a check up in 2 weeks. Also mentioning they usually do not expect anyone to get to the biggest within 3 weeks.

Call me stubborn. Been dilitating for a week now. I never felt pain. Never seen blood. Just struggle a little to get it in. So I tried the bigger one.. got it in for about half... then stopped. It didn't hurt in any way but it simply would 't go deeper. Do I have to use the smaller one longer to stretch it more? Or.. what am I doing wrong?

Also, after dilitation I always do the douche thing. The spraying/cleaning yourself from inside. Do you will have to do this after dilitation the rest of your life? Or how do girls do it if their bf orgasms inside them, douche right after? Seems a bit like a mood-killer, why I am asking .

Welcome to Susan's Place. Always follow your doctors instructions and because of different procedures, we really can't tell you the proper way for you to dilate. My instructions were greatly different than your because I started with a soft inflatable dilator and then moved on to one I purchased in an adult book store (much cheaper).

As for douching, after you have sufficiently healed, it will be a bad idea to douche very often. There is healthy bacteria that sets up house keeping inside you and douching washes them away. The last time I douched was many years ago and there is still no odor or issues because I haven't douched.

But without douching doesnt everything just stay there? Lube? Eh.. someones cum even maybe o.O?

Douche if you want but I use a KY jelly product that breaks down and runs out. There are ways that the vagina can become somewhat self lubricating and that fluid exiting will carry the normal accumulations out with it. I have notices a light yellow stain on some of my underwear where the vagina is located. I can only assume that is the result of the natural cleansing.

Right after surgery, the doctor may have a reason to keep things clean but after you heal, nature should take over.
