How do I change my time zone?

I can't figure out how to change my time zone for the forum. Right now it is the time zone of the Midwest and I need it to be Pacific Time.

And here is the answer.
Go to the top of the screen where it says "Profile" and click on it.
The updated screen will show "Modify Profile". Clicking on that will show a pull down menu with "Look and Layout".
Look and layout will allow you to enter an offset from the server time. Server time is set to Central United States time.

I have known about the setting for a long time but I have left it unchanged as Arizona moves around relative to the other states by not going on daylight saving time. As a moderator, I have need of knowing server time so the web page shows server time and the clock in the upper corner of the screen shows my time. That's what customization is all about.

I'm still 5 hours off on Tapatalk even though I went in on the desktop site and fixed my time zone in profile settings.  It doesn't do this for other forums.  Solutions?
