Accommodation, surgeons that provide it?

Hi I know Facial Team have 'Jenny's Nest' ,are they the only ones?. If im travelling to another country I'd like someone who provides a package of 'somewhere to stay' and a nurse who would check up on me on a regular basis. I don't want to have to worry about accommodation or aftercare. Thoughts appreciated, thanks, k ☺b
