Do sleeping pills affect estradiol or spironolactone?

I can't say I've noticed any difference.

I hope you mean the other way around though, as you shouldn't be taking enough sleeping pills to worry about how it will effect HRT.

Depends on the sleeping pill, how it's metabolized, if it affects certain enzymes that metabolize spironolactone/estradiol. This should be a question for your pharmacist or doctor.
