Questions about Using Reelmagik for Sex

So ive been considering on buying a Reelmagik Pack and Play for a while now but a couple things have been holding me back besides how much it costs.

First, can it be used for penetration without a condom? Ive read a bunch of reviews and people always say a condom is required but never really explained why. My girlfriend is allergic to latex and said she gets burns from condoms which is why she always just takes the pill instead.

Second, and this might sound stupid, but can it be used for oral sex. Although I know i wouldnt feel anything, my girlfriend has been wanting to give me a ->-bleeped-<- even if its just more of a visual thing for me. I know I can just add some kind of flavoring on it to get rid of the silicone taste but would it be harmful to put that in your mouth?

Any explanations or suggestions for alternatives would be much appreciated!

I don't own a Reelmagik so I can't say anything about it specifically, but the packer I use for sex is also silicone and my girlfriend has given me ->-bleeped-<-s without any issue besides it tasting kinda weird. I don't think it is harmful, as long as you wash it first.

Other than that, my girl is also allergic to latex and we use condoms just out of convenience. She actually didn't know she was allergic until I pointed out we should try latex-free condoms after she complained of getting burns. You can find them at most pharmacies.
