I am thinking"not judging by your pic" the biggest difference would be making the tummy as thin as possible. Definitely not easy.

Your hips look like they are in the female range in that picture, but it would be helpful if you could show us some shots at a 3/4 angle, and also from the back.

Your hips and waist look a lot like my own before I lost weight. After losing 120 pounds, my waist is 34 inches and my hips are 43 inches. Now this is more like what I want to look like.
