I am a 16 year old FtM and need advice on how and when to come out. I previously came out as bi to my family and there was no problems. My parents are from Russia and I am afraid to tell them yet want to. How should I go about it?

I have to get moving this morning but I have two places to start looking
https://www.susans.org/wiki/Category:Coming_out and my letter for hard cases https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,190312.0.html . Keep asking question and learn all you can. When you feel you have enough knowledge, it would be best to do it in person. If you have problems saying the words, write a letter and stay with them while they read it. Most likely they will not ask many questions at first but it helps to be prepared.
