Cramps after O

This is something that seems to come and go, sometimes its pretty bad sometimes i don't notice it.

I get cramp muscle fatigue pain or something after orgasm. Goes away after 10 or 15 mins. Been told to do pelvic floor and keggel exercises.

Anyone else have this issue?

I will touch a 100 flowers and not pick one.
