Freetom shipping problem

 Anyone else having problems with freetom?
I ordered STP in September (!!!) and still received nothing.
First, they told me their uncut mold is broken and asked me to wait. Ok, fine.
Then, in a month or two I emailed again and asked about the status. Same answer - mold is still broken. I requested either refund or another model and never responded back. I haven't heard from them for a couple of months already. They doesn't return my emails. WTF?

If they're no longer communicating, I would dispute the charge with your credit card company or Paypal (whichever you used to pay). They will probably ask for proof that you've tried to resolve the issue on your own, so save those initial emails and also the ones you sent that have had no reply.
