My SRS  will be more interesting if I can reach full orgasm.  I read posts that indicate the big O is achievable. I simply don't buy the idea to have a vag just for anatomical reasons to meet the peak in womanhood. I am starting laser hair removal so my srs won't come until 2017. That said, how similar orgasm followed or paired with cuming from pre-op days is in the post -op life ?

Hello, so (a needle pulling tread) a vagina gave me what I wanted for so so long.  To feel a man inside me!  I am so distracted with the feeling of penetration that the Big O is just not something I care about.

I have yet to have the Big O but I'm close.  It all feels right just afraid to go there since my clitoris has been the source of lots of pain (sensitivity).  Honestly I don't miss the old version of the 'Big O'.

You don't need to have a vagina to 'meet the peak of womanhood'.  But you sure do need one to have vagina intercourse.  That alone has been worth the price of admission!!

Thank you,
Anne

Serenation

Seem's to vary but most people say it's better. For me a 100 times stronger and full body. That said I never really was into it pre-op, post op is harder to achieve but so much better
I will touch a 100 flowers and not pick one.

Well I can say, the Big O as a woman is amazing, you cant compare it to a mens orgasm.

I love having a vagina and love feeling my man inside me.. and the orgasms he gives me is wow... sometimes I cant get up for about 5 min after he pulls out of me. I just lie there feeling wonderful.

The first time I had the Big O, it overwhelmed me a bit.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

As you mentioned having an active male partner,  may I ask how is the post sex hygiene to remove possible fluids from the depth of the vagina?

you can use this kind of thing to clean into deep in the vagina https://www.google.nl/search?q=vrouwencatheter&biw=1600&bih=785&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjkgfzexYbLAhUGKg4KHb2aDS0Q_AUIBigB#imgrc=tVWlz_RTa1-OlM%3A

it took me 1.5 years to reach orgasm, before that i didn't really try and had low libido and wanted things to settle first. but after the first, i have had an orgasm almost everyday. it feels the same as male orgasm, only it seems to lasts a bit longer and there is no relief from the penis shooting cum but it just fades from intensity slowly. the intensitiy of orgams can be different, just like with male orgasms, depends on your mood or whatever. hope this helps.

I woke up nearly orgasming 3 weeks after surgery. Then i had a constant desire, as being orgasmic is important to me. I bought a magic wand. First time i used it i set fire to the wand (lol! Like literal electrical fire! It was a faulty unit.

Was frustrated for a few days whilst i waited for a replacement!

But, i can say now, they really are magic. I have wondeful orgasm's. The first felt weird, but after that, just amazing. What is even better though is that i now really enjoy the process of getting to orgasm - before i felt such - i dunno - the penis was weird and i had to dissasociate to reach the o. Not any more. I love sexy times :) everything about it. Also, the o seems to last longer now! Super fun!

According to an article I read on Dr. McGinn's website, she describes orgasm like a reflex, so it's kind of like sneezing...Once you reach the threshold, you get there. She also mentions the sensate nerves or the nerve endings get reduced to 10% as a post-op. Interesting points to consider for those thinking about bottom surgery.

Hi, one thing you could do if you want to make sure and preserve orgasmic capability, is learn to have orgasms through methods other than friction.

The system won't let me send you PMs, and I don't want to get too graphic here, but if you search youtube for "breathing orgasms" you might find something useful.  I found one woman on there who teaches classes that look at least similar to the methods I learned a long time ago.  I did learn a Qi Kung method (which actually works for XX, XY and variants).  Basically it involves breathing out and rolling the belly downwards until all your energy concentrates into a tingle in your genitals.  That feeling builds up into an orgasm the way that friction normally would.  Also, I am pre-op, and this is a non-ejaculatory, very free and "full body" feeling as well (without any kind of "control" involved).

The other method I learned is breathing in and arching the back, breathing out and bowing forward (reverse of an arched back, like the cartoons you sometimes see of the hippy flute player).  This takes longer and is harder for me, but seems to require less "finesse" and was used at group "sex camps" at my previous Kung Fu school.  The nice thing about that method is the girls can sit on the boys laps and you can time it in opposites to each other, along with deliberate connective breathing with your partner can produce a wonderful experience together.

Since learning these methods, I barely do it the other way, and I've taught a few lovers the method and they also liked it.  They both also tend to build a charge in the genitals so whatever FRICTION you might wish to apply would be increased in ability as well.

I would assume this would work regardless of how your surgery went.  Also, if you can get REALLY CLOSE through saaaay, nipple stimulation, then you would probably be able to push it over the edge post SRS, even if your feeling was reduced.

So, look into creating pleasures that don't depend entirely on the genital sensations and you will be a long way "there" by the time you get there.  We don't have a way to PM each other, and I don't want to get more graphic than all of this or breech anyone's comfort area, but I can say that there definitely are ways to do what I've described, and I think it should at least HELP.  Whether it works post SRS or not....  well, ask me in a couple of years (fingers crossed :-) )

Post srs orgasms depends on many factors. The skill of your surgeon, vaginal depth etc. Also if you are very attracted to men and prefer intercourse.  For myself, i had srs in 1988. Love men and intercourse even after all these years. Yes, i have had the Big O, lol.  Depends on my sexual partner and how well he knows what triggers my orgasms. Hope this helps.

What do you mean? You only feel 10% of what you used to feel?

My orgasms are just as great now as they were before the op. I can get off stimulating my clitoris or through penetration. I was always a very sexual person.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

Well if you stimulate the p usually not 100% of the surface is stimulated.
Not all surgeons use 10%. But ... it obviously seems to be enough for an orgasm.

There is also the prostate which is hooked up via a second neuronal pathway.
The prostate is left in place making for a gspot with very peasurable experiences possible.
So even if there was no clit there is still a second way.

*hugs*

It is possible. Shortly after my surgery I found my prostate while dilating and could get small prostate orgasms, but had some granulation tissue on my clitoris making it sensitive and get painful quickly. At this point, about 4 months post-op and after a silver nitrate treatment on my clitoris, I can reach an orgasm at least as big as pre-op if not bigger with both vaginal and clitoral. I have not had sex with a person so this is just me figuring things out on my own.
