"A transgender student who identifies as male was suspended from his South Carolina high school after a teacher saw him using the boy's bathroom, WMBF reports.

The child, who wishes to remain anonymous, appears to be caught between a rock and hard place. When he began transitioning in middle school, he continued to use the girls' bathroom — prompting complaints that there was a boy in the girls' bathroom. So the middle school allowed him to use the boys' restroom for three years without incident."
