Hey guys,

I'm sorry, this is a graphic one... but I'm actually freaking out.

I had been on estrogen pills + spiro for years and years and saw pretty good results. I'm still pre-op at the moment and decided to change to injectables in December 2015 for ease in dosage and hopefully to see even better improvements.

Things started out VERY rocky for me... mood swings, couldn't sleep well, horrible body dysmorphia (as if I was going through transition again... i.e., I thought I looked manly, but friends thought I was acting ridiculous). Overall, injectables was a rough start... but after a month, things seemed to level out. I even got my blood work back and testosterone was suppressed very well, but E was around 57 or so.

My doctor said I was doing fine based on the blood work and wouldn't recommend anything higher for my estrogen to bring it up (I had previously been close to 200). Not wanting to accept his answer, I have been self-medicating with a very low dose of the pill and taking the injectable at the same time... which brings me to this evening.

All along, my testicle size has began to get larger (ever since the injectable). Which, I thought... maybe was nothing... and then tonight, my bf and I realize that I could suddenly now cum, white sperm... and it absolutely freaked me out. I haven't been able to do that in YEARS.

Can someone PLEASE tell me if this is normal or not. I don't see my endo until March 3rd and this really, really disturbs me a lot. I feel like I'm going crazy or something...

Thank you!

PS: I apologize in advance if this isn't the right board, or if this is too graphic. Just seriously need some help from the community :(

I would recommend you ask your doctor. When on hormones and blockers it is possible for things to shrink and for sperm to be something you don't produce anymore. Self medicating is not a wise idea I highly recommend that you check with your doctor. Hugs

Go and see your medics.

There is no advice that can be given here.

Do not self medicate.
