Yeah, it's a generic of Estrace according to the pharmacy info.

Good.

Its bioidentical and if its not coated its well suitable for sublingual use.
Just talk it through with your doc.

I have a cycle too. Maybe not quite as severe as yours but usually my period starts around the first of the month. Lasts about two days. Some months I've been a bit late, and since my hormone levels have varied in the past two years, some months were skipped altogether, but it's been generally consistent since about a month or two into HRT. I figured it was hit or miss to have period symptoms, but from what y'all are saying it's abnormal?? :/

My symptoms are usually increased sensitivity to temps, increased breast throbbing (oh gosh especially the first time), moody and irritable, tired, back aches, sometimes bad headaches, and I'll most likely have a crying fit. At least a couple times I was practically bed-ridden with either a migraine and nausea or aches all over (especially my back). You shouldn't be getting abdominal cramps though, because you need the parts for that. But everything else sounds similar to what I go through. Not sure if this helps the case or not, I've suspected I have an intersex condition and I certainly started off quite feminine.

Yes! That sounds very much like what I have! Also technically you do have the 'parts' for the cramping, as you have the affected muscle groups, just not the organs, so cramping is still possible. For me they are usually pretty mild though compared to the rest of the symptoms. The headaches, the nausea, the breast pain, and the way it affects my mood is the worst. But yeah, as far as I can tell, most trans girls don't experience with with the degree of regularity I've found I have mine.

Well apart from intersex conditions and a buildup of substances some kind of internal release might be thinkable ...
the same is presumed for some acne conditions where a buildup of substances and excretion through the skin can be a cause ...

imo a connection with moon phases could be possible ... it influences water retention in plants and possibly in some sensitive humans ...

so drinking enough water to flush out toxins might help...
and there are some diets which help to detox ... you might ask a nutrition specialist or a doc ...

just talk about it all with a doc ... there are some now being additionally educated in i.e. non traditional medicine which is based on nutritional aspects ...
