That's very difficult for most of us.
We have a tendency to use distortions and lies designed to sell things dictate that personal opinion of one's self.
We allow the opinions of others to be the authors of our script.

The world is like a house of mirrors, if we pay attention we can see a little of ourselves in everything.
This can be a house of horrors for someone with a low self esteem.

All those mirrors everywhere, reflecting all those things about ourselves we do not want to look at.
We run, we hide.

But as I have defiantly faced fear, and a started to accept reality. Each little 'bit of honesty' I apply on those things I refuse to look at, a small reward comes in being able to see more beauty in all those little mirrors in the world.

Those fears are just smudges and dirt on the glass.
My own hate for the world clouding my vision.

I still have a lot of mirrors to clean, but each one that I am honest with makes life a little brighter.
