Judge OKs injunction against illegal worker plan

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A U.S. federal court judge on Wednesday granted a preliminary injunction barring the Bush administration from going ahead with a controversial program to remove illegal immigrants from the U.S. work force.

In case you think this news has nothing to do with us, this is about a new rule that if the Social Security Administration sends your employer a "no match" report, you have to be fired within 90 days.  A "no match" will get kicked out if your gender marker isn't the same.
