My work was done in 1979 so budget information is way out of date. My goal was not to come in on a budget but was instead to get the job done right the first time. My adams apple was the real problem and there was no way to pass without covering it up. Because the larynx was so large, there was a limit on what could be done without risking damage to my voice. As I was already under the knife, I figured it would be a good idea to fix the huge bump in my nose. The surgery did that and opened up my air passages so I could breath better through my nose. Of the two procedures, I like the job on the nose the most.
