Is there a list somewhere of insurance companies in the USA that support GRS and HRT?

While a number of insurances companies have policies that cover trans care, you would have to see the actual individual policy to know if it is covered.  Just because a company will cover, it doesn't mean the policy you get does.

I see then. Then I would have to ask specifically for a policy with that company that does cover it.
