From what I understand, the hormones could be having a sort of depression medication effect making you feel more normal and think its not working for you while in reality it is what you needed. The worst thing to do is to come off of a depression med because you think its not doing anything and then your world comes crashing down all over. I'm not saying thats whats happening for you, but consider the possibility.
