Premarin vaginal cream was recommended by my surgeon to soften up the labia minora and clitoris hood.. seems that all the big drugstores in Bangkok ate out of supply ...even the generic ones. The Thai tg buy them up.  So I have ordered a generic brand and will finally have inventory tomortow .

Any experiences with Premarin or its generic versions ?
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

I used the brand name and naturally, I wasn't able to look inside to see the results and I didn't use it outside. It can be a bit smelly and make sure you have a supply of feminine pads because the stuff will stain. I know it has been used for over 35 years so the doctors must see good results with it. I have heard some reports that the estrogen content is high enough to cause morning sickness in some people but I never had an issue with it. Check the label and see what it's made with. They might use peanut oil which some people are allergic to.

I would rather use Estrace cream which is bio-identical estradiol and not pregnant mare urine which contains equine estrogens. If you take enough E, I don't think cream is necessary. E on its own through absorption in the body will have a positive effect labia, clitoris and overall vagina, it has in my case.

I suspect the reason Premarin is still so popular is that its a billion dollar drug and there's a lot marketing behind it. Quite unethical if that's the case, but hardly surprising.
