QuoteI guess that would kinda make you transsexual, because transgender is changing your gender. Could also be transsexual but you don't really have to be transgender to be transsexual. When I was a guy I wanted a female genitalia, but none of the other female stuffs. Now I'm a girl and I like my male genitalia and don't want any surgeries at all or anything. But labels are labels, you can be whoever you want, personally, I like guys with female genitalias.
The trans umbrella is a very wide diversity that covers transsexual, intersex, genderfluid, genderqueer, agender, demigirl, demiboy, androgynes, crossdressers etc.
By the way transsexuals are transgender, but transgender isn't necessary transsexual. Since that time when the trans umbrella term being invented, it has always been the name of a spectrum.
Transsexual are people who has a gender identity that doesn't match what sex they got assigned at birth. As I know their identify either as man or woman. Sex is what's between your legs, gender may refer to gender roles or gender identity (which gender you identify yourself with). Some people identify themselves as both gender or no gender, they are also under the trans umbrella. But they are non-binaries and doesn't always want to be labeled as trans.
QuoteThere are both Males wishing they were females(MTF) and females wishing they were males(FTM) on this site.
I'm not a woman who wish to be a guy. I'm a guy who isn't cis.

I has never been a girl, but didn't realize it before I turned 13.
QuoteHey! I'm currently a 14 year old guy but this might sound a little wierd but I want a vagina instead of a penis. I don't know why. I just feel like I need one. Does this make me trans? I'll explain more if anyone is more confused then I am.
If you experience gender dysphoria, you may be trans. But the only person who can figure out if you're transgender or not is yourself. Nobody else can figure it out for you, but gender specialists can give you advice at the journey. By the way, do you feel you has a lack of other feminine secondary features too like boobs, high voice, hips etc? It's very common for transsexuals to have both features and genitalia dysphoria. But every people are difference and not every transgender person experience the same dysphoria. Dysphoria can be social and about the body. Just because you're under the trans umbrella doesn't necessary mean you're transsexual. You may be a non-binary.
