'The former lesbian partner of the mother of a child born through donor insemination may have an obligation to pay support, according to a September 11 Rockland County ruling reported in the October 8 New York Law Journal'

And as she should. Child support is about the child, not the parent. That's been the law in Canada for years. Long before same sex couples had any rights as adults, the children of same sex couples were provided for.
