With a penis.. Somethings grows and gets hard. I never liked that. Now after SRS I notice I do still get that same feeling.. But from the insjde out? It doesn't hurt nor feel uncomfortable.. But does this stay? Does whoever penetrates you feel this? And isn't this a give-away?

Just seems a bit weird.

It is normal. Also happen with cis woman when they are aroused. It is just the re-using of the spongy tissue that was responsible for erections in a different way depending on your surgeons.

Sadly, a constructed vagina does not function like a natural vagina. It is made of penile and scrotal tissue. It does, however, relieve dysphoria in many cases and is -in my opinion- better than its look before surgery. In other words, it is -sadly- the best option available to us at this moment and time. We just have to make the best out of it.

Without knowing more about your surgery, it's hard to say. My surgery used the glans of the penis to construct the clitoris and I can feel that swell at times of sexual excitement. Some of the surgeons use additional tissue from the penis for additional feeling. Still others may split the glans and use some for the clitoris and the remainder near the vagina. In addition, the prostate is still in place and can result in additional feeling.

I needed to locate a copy of my surgical report in order to understand how my surgery was preformed. In your case, the doctor may be able to provide that information or somebody on the site may have already described the procedure.

I'm not a medical person so this is just an educated guess. The nerves and all the connections to the brain are the same. All your past arousal information is stored in the same place it's always been pre and post

If there still is too much swelling tissue left you could get this removed if it is visible etc, talk to your surgeon..

Mine lubricates, gives me orgasms, works fine. Looks pretty much like a vagina too, I have a clit, labia minora, majora. It's deep enough. I see no difference except perhaps that I cannot absorb medication as well from it and that there are hairs inside but that is my fault, should have done electrolysis beforehand.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
