I was curious as to the experience of anyone who may have gone through the process:
Who did you have to speak to to get the ball moving? Was it the surgeon, and how did you find out they were covered?
How long did the prior authorization take? What kinds of information did you have to provide?
Was the result adequate / did MassHealth provide good surgeon options?
How soon after you began everything did you finally get the surgery done?
