anot sure how to come out to my grandmother and my father

these are both very big cases in my life.  My grandmother has a gay son and a gay daughter but I am not so sure if she is aware of trans people.  she is lso turning 80 soon.  she and my mom take a road trip every year and while on that trip mom wants to tell her I am trans.  I have 0 problem with this I am just not sure how to approach it so I am seeking some advice.  With my Father he is one of these people who is set in his own ways not religious but just stubborn sometimes and a bit uneducated.  Honestly there is no time frame on when to come out to him but I would like to do it soon.  I know he loves me as hs son but I hope he can love or at least accept me as his daughter

I have a 86 yr old uncle, he still hikes and kayaks, I do both with him but have not since I went full time, he is the last member of my family that I needed to tell. I anguished over it for months. I finally told him, and it was no big deal, he is totally cool with it. I was mad at myself for making out to be such a big deal.
