happened here too

the longer you stay aroused though will increase the amount of fluid being produced by the prostate and cowpers gland i believe, well in my case that is

sorry for the tmi

This is completely normal and a common occurrence as a result of MTF HRT. Hugs

Due to decreased spermatogenesis. I am post-op, my prostate is intact and when I'm aroused and have an orgasm, a clear liquid is secreted, sometimes in significant amounts.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

My tongue in cheek answer is; You're lucky!  no muss, no fuss and less clean up.  You are successfully transitioning, you may also be sterile so no pregnancy dangers.   Check to be sure, of course, if that is a concern.

Yes, a positive sign on the transgender tour, enjoy ;D

A spanner let loose into the gear box I always thought of as a bad thing.

Not making a big mess when having a great time as a good thing

In the first few months to a year or so, I noticed my semen was slightly yellowish, watery, and there wasn't as much coming out. I figured that was normal, and expected it to eventually stop altogether, especially as my sex drive dwindled.  But it didn't, and oddly enough since switching to Prometrium a few months ago, I've noticed my sex drive has increased and so has my output. It's also slightly healthier looking but still more watery than it was pre-transition. Quite a bit still comes out though... :-\ There are times I feel like my T-levels are up, but I'll see what my blood test results are in a few days.

It means you'll save money on Kleenex! But it's normal.

Yep, recently started happening to me too. Discharge went clear in December, now, only happens occasionally or a slow trickle after.

Any idea if it's at all related to hydration?

I need to use some. I am post-op, and I sometimes even squirt out liquid at the moment of orgasm. It can get messy.

There are quite a few cis women who do this, too. It can be quite disconcerting. Sometimes a towel underneath is a good thing.
