What you have heard about Susan's Place is true. There are many nice people on here and are willing to share whatever information they have to help answer any questions you may have. That's the great thing about a question. None are stupid because the question you ask, someone else might know the answer or someone else was going to ask it. This way, everyone can benefit!
I transitioned late, I was 58 when I started my own journey into the light and I have never looked back!! It's been a rough ride but at least I found out who I was and who my friends were. Turns out none of them were. They all took off like they owed me money or something. Their loss as I'm still the same person on the inside, just different wrappings on the outside!
