Does anyone else have scarring from electrolysis? My upper lip is scarred from electrolysis and it lost some of the pigment. I don't think I saw a good practitioner. I had electrolysis done for two years.

I'm badly scarred from electrolysis. I've been told it goes away over time, but I haven't yet seen any sign of that.

Scarring is normally a sign that the power is set to high on the machine. My electrologist was scarred by another operator so she was very careful not to use a higher power setting than was needed. It may have took a bit longer to clear my face, but I am not marked up because of it.

Thank you, but I would like to also mention that the method used was thermolysis.

Yes, that's what my electrologist has been using.

All of my facial hair was removed with the Blend. I am a bit surprised that everybody isn't using it today as it's pretty effective.

I had wondered if blend would have scarred me less.
