I realize I probably spend way too much time on the internet and most of the time it's got to do with trans related items.  I'm retired so I spend a lot of time researching stuff. Before I started transition I was on the internet just as much as I am now , but I was researching a different subject planning on eventually publishing something I've been working on for quite awhile. When I started transitioning  my attention got drawn to transgender research and then transgender news items.  I needed a break from my other research because I had done it a long time. I need to get back to working on my other thing , but it's been  struggle to get out of this transgender pickle of a conundrum . Hopefully I can start pulling back some so I can get my other work moving. I spend most of my day on the internet and probably 70 % of the time is on trans issues. I started transitioning 29 months ago and it's been a whirl wind of delving into my life as to understanding what I am. It's been pretty intense. How much time in a 24 hour period would you say you spend researching or just visiting trans web pages,

Its hard to me answer that, 'cuz that depends. Sometimes, I spend almost all my time on internet looking into trans issues. But, there are times that I dont look nothing related to the subject for days. So, I cant mesure that in numbers...

Not often anymore. I spend a lot more time looking up women's issues and feminist topics.

Being retired as I am I can leave the computer on all day to any site(s) I want. As with this wonderful site, when I take a break for what ever reason from I'm doing. I can sit down and continue reading what I started before.

Having just come out a little over a month ago, there is much I need to learn and research. It is some thing I will be doing for the rest of my life.

Am I male? Am I female? I'm just me.

I'm not counting the time I spend here as a moderator. I spend zero time. BUT, I transitioned a long time ago.

well, if I didn't count the time as staff or related business having to do with supplying news it would be drastically less., I'm kind of consumed with the trans news.

It used to be a lot.  For the past year the only place I've been is here.  This is the answer place.

If I exclude the amount of time I spend as a moderator on this site it would be none. Considering I'm down to SRS and finishing the long process of hair removal is probably a big part of why. Hugs

I think I'd be on and off susans more than 12 hours a day. Very little research these days though.
