I discovered a man at YouTube, he's called Radu Marian. He's a cis man who sings female-similar soprano. He went through the puberty and he isn't a castrato. So he can grow a full beard etc. But since his larynx quit growth, he never got the voice change. I don't know the causes. I found that very interesting. Not enough with that. Watching him singing ease a bit at my voice dysphoria, even thought I can't sing like him.

If you google "male soprano", you will read that there are (cis) men whose voice never dropped at puberty, or did not drop more than is typical for cis women.  There are also cis women whose voice is naturally deep.

As for vocal range, there is a large overlap between men and women.  I sing tenor and my range is higher than that of a number of women who are nominally altos.  Training also plays a role.
