The Star Observer/Shannon Power — March 10, 2016

"BACKLASH following comments from a LGBTI Health Alliance staffer that the Safe Schools program should not be mandatory in all schools has been described as a "damaging storm".

Alliance executive director, Rebecca Reynolds was quoted in The Australian yesterday saying the alliance did not feel the Safe Schools program should be made compulsory in schools across Australia."

This seems to be a if we tread quietly and don't be pushy the straights will let us be sort of attitude.

Apparently 3/4 of the board of the lgbti health alliance have come out saying the comments were out of line and they do support compulsory program in public schools.

The LGBTI HA have been defunded. I suspect we are looking at the last death throws of a possibly corrupt organisation.

There is a public record.

I'll leave it there.
