Virginia-Report Discrimination

I'm asking this for future reference. If someday I am ever discriminated against for being transexual for a job interview or housing is there a human rights number to report it to?

I read that there are currently no laws in Virginia to protect housing or job discrimination. I don't think there are even any for homosexuals.
