It's always mysterious when a poster with literally thousands of posts just disappears without even a goodbye soliloquy... damn you hand of fate!!!

In a lot of cases it is because someone is moving on with their life, getting caught up in the day to day stuff. Sometimes it means they no longer need the support of the site, or it's not providing what they need. It can sometimes mean things are not going well but more often than not it is because things are going awesome. I'm presuming that it is the latter for iKate.

Well, it's just that she was posting like 10 times a day and *boom* --

Anyway, forgot to mention in OP I also found IKates posts to be very very intelligent; good noodle in that head of hers.  Glad she's okay.

I'm sure she'll pop back when she is able and wants to. Anyway, not much this thread can do about that and I don't think it's useful or fair to be discussing how other members use the site in their absence.
