I have a spermatocele and hydrocele. I am not sure, but since I have been on HRT (Spiro and Estro), it seems like my spermatocele\hydrocele, has reduced in size. I am having an ultrasound this week which should show if it has indeed gotten smaller. I know the testes get smaller but not sure of the spermatocele or hydrocele. Has anyone else who has or had a spermatocele or hydrocele, noticed a size reduction while on HRT?
