Moved to TN from NY. Having a hard time finding a doctor to continue my treatments. Can any help?

I thought we were going to be moving from the NYC area (Norther NJ) to East TN (Knoxville area) last year when my mother in law got sick. Unfortunately her cancer spread so fast that she only lived 6 weeks after diagnoses and we didn't move back to TN. (We lived there before moving up here in 1997, but we visit frequently.)
